Our new CD, Migration Road, is back from being pressed and available online (see our store page).  The CD will also be available at upcoming events.   Cris also has a biography that has been released by the Wisconsin Historical Society Press; The Badger Biography Series.  The biography is titled: "Cris Plata: From Fields to Stage/Del Campo al Escenario" and is written by Maia A. Surdam.  Check out the link to the right for more info.

Saturday, February 24th:  We have been invited to perform as a trio at the 2018 International Festival at the Overture Center, 201 State St., Madison, WI.  We are slated to play on the Lobby Stage at 12:45 p.m.  Be sure to catch all of the other acts during the day.  For more info: overture.org/intfest


Friday, March 2nd:  Cris & Ann Plata will be joined by Tom Dehlinger and Frankie Lee for an early show at Chief's Tavern, 300 Cottage Grove Rd., Madison, WI.  Show starts at 6:30 p.m. and ends at 9:30.


Sunday, April 15th:  Puerto Rico Hurricane Benefit Concert:  St. Luke's Lutheran Church will be sponsoring this special benefit for their sister church in Puerto Rico.  Cris Plata with Extra Hot will be playing a 90 minute concert for this special benefit.  Our show will start at 2 p.m.  The event is located in their hall at 7337 Hubbard Ave., Middleton, WI  53562.  Now is the time to come out and show your support for the people of Puerto Rico.
